Performance management is part of the growth process a leader experiences and needs to have a good solid foundation in before taking on their associates. People need to believe that their leaders have their best interests at heart. Performance management gives leaders a chance to match talent, skills and abilities to performance and create associates who deliver their highest and best contributions on a daily basis.

· Transitioning from poor performer to superstar
